Crystallina is a new Genstar  community located in  the  lake district of northeast Edmonton.

The  landscape architectural character for  the  community is influenced by the  presence of a number of unique natural features in the  area  including: Poplar Lake, the   preservation  of  natural woodland of  mature  balsam and   aspen poplar, and   the   creation of  a  naturalized wetland feature. At  Crystallina, nature becomes a part  of  the  community.
